Junior Engineer (Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical): Candidates for this post should have an engineering degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University.
Assistant Grade II (Hindi): Candidates for this post should have a degree in Hindi.
Assistant Grade III (General / accounts / Technical / Depot): Candidates for this post should have a degree in any discipline.
Typist (Hindi): Candidates willing to apply for this post should be licensed. In addition, they should have a speed of 30 words / minute in Hindi.
Junior Engineer: Candidates for this post should not over 28 years old.
Assistant Grade II (Hindi): Candidates for this post should not over 28 years old.
Assistant Grade III (General / accounts / Technical / Depot): Candidates for this post should not over 27 years old.
Typist (Hindi): Candidates for this post should not over 25 years old.
Before registration / submit online applications, candidates must have the following points in mind:
Valid email id and phone no .: Candidates must ensure that the email id and mobile no. introduced in the online application must remain valid / active until you complete the hiring process as all communication will be done through these media. No change in the email id and mobile no. will be submitted once. The same ID candidate will be responsible for incorrect or outdated email & phone no.
Photography: Candidates are required to scan and upload a recent passport size color photograph with white background preferably not more than three months old in the space for the application online. File size photograph should be between 20kb - 40kb.
Signature: Candidates should scan and upload your signature (in black ink) against the white space to the online application and guidelines given on the website. Candidates should ensure that the signatures are identical throughout the recruitment process in all stages and / or locations. If any change is among the signatures, the candidate is required to be canceled. Applicants are advised to confirm clear visibility of its signature loaded into place. File size should be between 10kb - 20kb.
Exemption certificate enrollment: SC / ST / PWD / Ex-servicemen and serving defense. Candidates who wish to load exemption certificates / documents relevant as described above as proof of exemption from registration. Female candidates are required to load any certificate mentioned gender and / or photography as secondary school certificate / caste certificate / col • College ID / aadhar card / voter ID card / driving license / passport etc .. File size should be explored be between 20kb - 60kb.

Fee payment can be done by two ways:
Online mode: once a candidate clicks the button to pay, the site will result in the place of payment OSE. There are several options available for payment in Internet banking site viz SBI SBI internet banking, 18 other major Bank; debit / credit cards, cash via e-Challa offices of SBI. After successful payment, they immediately redirected to http://www.fcijobsportal.com for generating single application • registered. Applicants are advised to take an impression of the instance registered by their records and future reference. This will complete the registration process for candidates who have paid the application fee.
(Offline mode) of cash: Challa will generate a duplicate (copy of a bank and a copy of the candidate). After taking a copy of the bank Challa, a candidate must visit the office nearest SBI in days / hours and pay before 18 March. After making the payment, get a copy of a candidate candidate Challa duly stamped with a number of magazine. Applicants are advised to keep a copy of this Challa in safe custody for future use. Subsequently, candidates should visit the official website after a gap of at least 24 hours and check payment status online.
Candidates can apply only in one zone either north zone, south zone, east zone, west zone or north-east zone;
Candidates can apply for any one of the post within the zone only;
No qualification other than mentioned in the qualification criteria would be accepted;
The admit card for the written test indicating the time and venue of examination for each candidate can be downloaded from the official website 15 days prior to the date of examination onwards;
All the posts carry IDA pattern pay scales and usual allowances such as HRA, leave travel facilities etc. These scales carry DA on percentage basis. Gross emoluments would vary depending upon place of posting;
The seniority of the officials, appointed in the services of FCI within the zone, will be determined by the order of merit in which they are finally selected for appointment. They will be posted in any state within the jurisdiction of the zone against which they are selected. The seniority of the officials will be maintained in their respective zones in the respective cadre;
Candidates are required to submit the online application form only once;
Candidates are not permitted to use calculator and other electronic gadgets except as specified in the advertisement. They should not, therefore, bring the same inside the examination premises/venue;
All papers in the written examination will consist of objective type multiple choice questions only except paper-IV for AG-II (Hindi) which will be of conventional type;
All 120 multiple choice questions in paper-I, paper-II and paper-III will carry equal one mark and paper-IV will comprise of 120 marks;
Discrepancies in question paper should be brought to the notice within 15 days of holding the examination. Representation submitted thereafter will not be entertained;
In view of the large number of applications, scrutiny of the eligibility, category and other aspects will not be undertaken before issuing call letters for written test;
Candidates in their own interest are advised to provide their mobile numbers and E-mail IDs accurately, as it may be used for all future correspondence;
It is mandatory for all the candidates to upload their photograph and signatures as specified without any exception;
No change in centre of examination will be allowed under any circumstances. Hence, the candidates should select the centres carefully and indicate the same correctly in their applications;
Mere submission of application and fulfilling the eligibility conditions gives no right to any person for appearing in written test etc;
Qualifying in the written test and skill test for any post without fulfillment of eligibility conditions will not confer any claim to the candidate for final selection to the post;
No TA will be provided for the written test/skill test
