Guru Gobind Singh College of Nursing was established in 2009 and it is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. The school is approved by Indian Council for Nursing (INC), Government of India and recognized by Maharashtra Nursing Council, Mumbai. Eligibility: The candidate should have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board science current with not less than 50% total marks in physics, chemistry and biology together.
Admission: Admission is done on the basis of the candidate's score in PPMET, conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
The general nursing and midwifery (GNM)
Eligibility: Candidates who have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board science stream are eligible.
Admission: Selection is purely based on merit in qualifying examination.
